L-Series Linear Motors

ORMEC offers two high performance series of linear motors. The DGL is a dual guide linear motor assembly and the SGL is a single guide motor assembly. Both motors are housed in rugged and reliable rails with a clean sleek look. These motors are easily integrated into an SMLC / SD-Series drive control system. X-Y configurations are also available.

DGL 140 / 150 / 180 / 200 Series

• Dual Guide Ironless/Iron core linear motor assemblies
• Stroke from 100mm to 2.5m
• Direct Drive
• Low Settling Time
• Zero Backlash
• Zero Cogging
• Integrated with linear encoder and guidance system
• Linear Encoder Resolutions of 5 um, 1.0 um and 0.1 um
• Speeds of 5m/sec
• Acceleration up to 10G

 

SGL 78 / 80 / 100 / 120 Series
