ORMEC's Product Longevity Commitment

We recognize the importance of supporting out products, and in turn your operating equipment for as long as possible, enabling you to prolong the useful life of the capital equipment you count on. ORMEC's goal is to support its in house manufactured products for at least 20 years.  In the world of fast moving computer technology this is a challenging goal. In order to achieve this goal we do a number of activities including re-engineering boards, introducing new technology into existing products and when we have no other options we secure last buys of components to ensure that we can meet our goal.

Today it is quite important for our customers to be able to run their equipment for as long as possible extending the value of their original investment. We also recognize that when it is no longer possible to extend the life of a product our customers expect ORMEC to chart the best path for migrating to new equipment. ORMEC makes this path as easy and as straight forward as possible. We stand ready to assist with this migration with products and application engineering support. Often it is not just hardware that needs to be upgraded, it can also include software upgrades. We can, and will, help you with both.
