ORMEC is an organization that is fully committed to excellence in applications engineering, technical consulting, applications programming assistance and on-site service and support. We offer effective customer training programs, a software help desk, an internet site dedicated solely to ORMEC users and maintain a company-wide commitment to manufacturing excellence. We provide product hardware & software assistance via telephone and e-mail, 24-hour emergency and on-site service.
Our applications engineering assistance and technical consulting covers all aspects of system design from specification, through application programming, panel design and field installation. Our applications engineers can either work with your engineering staff in a supporting role, design and build a complete turnkey system, or some combination of both.
ORMEC conducts formal courses for engineers and technicians interested in electronic motion control. These courses provide quality instruction on servo control technology, application development, system design and troubleshooting. We offer a PLCopen Certified training course for IEC 61131-3 programming. Also available is standard application development training, on-site courses, as well as customized courses tailored to your specific needs.
ORMEC is also a fully certified repair facility and provides repair services for all products including warranty and non-warranty repair. Special handling services for expediting and emergency exchange/replacement are also available.
