ServoWire Product GuideThe ServoWire Products Guide has been updated since its last printing in March 2000.

The On-Line guide provides the most up-to-date information available.  The following list is provided as a reference when using the paper ServoWire Guide.

New Products

  • Added WAGO I/O Connectivity Products:  (July 2001) 

    • Ethernet and Profibus DP I/O connectivity with ORION controllers

  • Profibus DP MBX Expanded:   (July 2001)

    • Support added in Profibus DP MotionBASIC Extension (MBX) to allow ORION controller to be Profibus DP Master.

  • Higher Power ServoWire Drives:  (January 2001) 

    • Adding three new ServoWire drives (25, 35 and 60 amps RMS/phase) broadens ServoWire power range from 150 to 15,000 watts continuous.  Compatible with expanded line-up of G-series and D-Series AB brushless servomotors.

  • Expanded line-up of G-Series Servomotors  (January 2001) 

    • Now offer continuous stall torques from 5 to 640 lb-in (0.56 to 72 N-m) with this line of AC brushless servomotors

  • Expanded line-up of D-Series Servomotors  (January 2001) 

    • Now offer continuous stall torques from 3 to 665 lb-in (0.56 to 75 N-m) with this line of AC brushless servomotors

Update Index

  • Lineshaft Pacer Encoders
    The ordering guide on page 76 was changed to add encoder models with line counts up to 200,000 counts per rev using 10x interpolation.
    Part numbers the encoder cables were corrected to reflect the proper cables used to interface to ServoWire Drives.

  • ServoWire Digital Drives
    Cable numbers were corrected on the bottom chart on page 46.  They now reflect part numbers for the G-series motors.

  • Servomotor & Servodrive Overview
    Data in the Compatibility Charts on page 49 for drive numbers MAC-DE006B1 and MAC-DE006B2 was switched.
