SMLC Demo CD

The ServoWire Motion & Logic Controller Demo CD includes the installation images for the CoDeSys portion of the SMLC Software Development Kit.  It will allow you to evaluate the CoDeSys IEC-61131-3 programming environment including the ability to run programs in simulation mode.

Also included is documentation for both the SMLC Hardware and Software. This version of CoDeSys is fully functional and can be used to communicate with an SMLC. However, the demo disk does not contain ServoWire Pro so you cannot create the setup file required to configure and operate ServoWire drives. For this you need the full CDS-SDK package. If you want to learn more about ServoWire Pro a tutorial is also included on the CD-ROM.

The CoDeSys programming software is used to create IEC-61131-3 programs to run on the SMLC. This installation also includes the CoDeSys OPC server, the CoDeSys Communications Gateway Server and the ORMEC SMLC target for CoDeSys.
