ORMEC Repair
Services
ORMEC provides full repair services for all
our products. We do not support any repair houses who claim to be “certified
repair technicians” of all products. ORMEC’s Factory Repair Services
includes warranty and non-warranty repair. Special handling services of
expediting and Emergency Exchange/Replacement are also available. All
returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number.
We will tell you the price of the repair for
most of our standard catalog products up front ... no delays to obtain
estimates. If you need a repair fast, just call us with an order before noon
and a refurbished replacement for most standard catalog products can be on
its way to you the same day.

Factory Service Hours:
Normal business hours are from 8:00 a.m. –
5:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) Monday through Friday. In North America,
telephone support is available 24 hours a day to provide the help you need
in emergency situations
Preparation:
Please have the following information
available for faster processing of your return:
- Model and serial number for each item.
- Description of the problem.
- Type of repair you want; Warranty,
Non-Warranty and any Special Handling requirements.
- Billing and Shipping information.
- Purchase Order Number or Credit Card
Information.
- Shipment class for returning items to you
(Overnight, 2nd Day Air, Surface, etc.).
