To prolong the useful life of your capital equipment, we have implemented programs to introduce new technologies into existing products and to re-engineer boards and components. As a last option, we secure last buys of key components to meet this goal.

When it is no longer feasible to extend the life of a product, it is time to migrate to new technologies and equipment. ORMEC will partner with you to develop an automation upgrade strategy. Migration services include applications engineering, hardware and software upgrades. Our engineers make this transition as easy and straight forward as possible.

ORMEC Legacy Software
MAX - Programming software for PMC, PRG & MCS. This software is provided "as is" to registered users of our web site. This software only runs under DOS and requires a serial port at either COM1 or COM2. Users have been succesfully running MAX using a DOS virtual machine running under Windows Virtual PC.
EasyBuilder 500 - Programming software for the MMI-320/640 HMI family.
QuickDesigner - Programming software for the MMI-QP and MMI-GP HMI families. QuickDesigner requires Microsoft Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000. QuickDesigner is not supported on Windows XP/Vista. More information can be found here.
