Applications Engineering ORMEC has been providing automation expertise and industry specific solutions to our customers for over 30 years. We will help you meet your automation goals.
Technical Support Providing technical support to our customers by phone, email, and on-site visits has been an ORMEC policy since the first products were shipped in 1982.
Repair Services ORMEC maintains a repair facility for current and previous generation product lines. As long as the parts are still available from our electrical components suppliers, we will be able to keep your ORMEC equipment running. We make "last buys" before components go out of production, so you will be amazed at what can be repaired and put back into productive use.
Training Classes Training is provided in our Rochester, NY, facility as well as on-site at yourrequest. Our training includes product and product maintenance and software classes. Classes are available for beginners, advanced users, engineers and maintenance personnel.
